Product Introduction

Speyer super oil spectrometer

Brief introduction

Oil is like the blood of equipment. Through oil analysis, it is possible to determine whether the equipment is operating normally and where problems have occurred. Therefore, analyzing metal abrasive particles in oil is the most important step in the oil detection process.
Speyer super oil spectrometerThe rotating disk electrode technology (RDE) used in 120C complies with ASTM D6595 and the national standard NB/SH/T 0865-2013. It is a mature and globally recognized professional solution for in use oil, coolant, fuel, and grease analysis in the equipment condition monitoring industry. Spectral analysis has a history of 30 years, so its detection effectiveness is beyond doubt.

2、 Working principle

RDE(Rotation Disk Electrode), Rotating graphite disk electrode excitation technology uses an AC pulse arc excitation source.

3、 The Heart of Oil Spectral Analyzer - Roland Circular Optical System

1. Optical system: Pashen Runge polychromator (Roland circular array);
2. Spectral range: 203-810mm;
3. The temperature control accuracy is constant at 40 ° C ± 1 ° C. Changes in temperature can have an impact on the results, so the instrument can control the constant temperature to maintain the accuracy of the results;
4. Detector: Dedicated CCD detection system, 16 continuous CCDs;
5. Grating focal length: 400mm.

4、 The core technology of oil spectrometer

(1) Thermostatic optical system

1. The optical system is equipped with a built-in constant temperature system;
2. Constant temperature: 40 ℃± 1 ℃;
3. Working temperature: 5-30 ℃;
4. Caution: It is not recommended to frequently turn on or off the device. Long term use of the device should be avoided, as well as direct sunlight and wind exposure;
5. The current temperature of the optical system is displayed in the lower right corner of the software.

(2) Automatic peak searching

(3) Background dynamic compensation

1. Used to eliminate the impact of ambient light on detection results;
2. Due to the elimination of the impact of the combustion luminescence of the tested oil sample on the detection results;
3. Used to partially eliminate the influence of the detection "substrate" (i.e. oil components) on the detection results;
4. Used to partially eliminate the influence caused by the overlapping of spectral lines between different elements.

(4) Internal standard elements
Used to eliminate the influence of viscosity, sample amount, porosity difference of graphite electrode, and human operation error on the detection results of the tested oil sample.

(5) Optical system tracing

1. ASTM D6595 clearly defines the characteristic wavelength of each characteristic spectral line of each element;
2. The optical system calibration before leaving the factory first defines the correspondence between each pixel on each CCD detector and the spectral wavelength;
3. The optical calibration before leaving the factory defines the correspondence between the characteristic spectral lines of the elements and the pixels and elements on the CCD;
4. The external environment (temperature, mechanical vibration, mechanical displacement, etc.) can cause the drift of characteristic peaks, that is, the characteristic peaks are offset from the pixel positions located during pre factory calibration.
5The function of optical system profile is to help the system reposition the position of characteristic peaks;
6When using a 100PPM standard substance and the temperature changes by more than 10 degrees Celsius per week or at room temperature, or when the spectrometer undergoes mechanical position movement or the detection results of certain elements are significantly low, tracing operations are required.

(6) Electrode compensation

1. Recalculate the background correction factor (BCF) for each element/channel;
2Eliminate the impact of electrode purity on detection and recording;
3Eliminate "white noise" system errors.

5、 The detection capability of oil spectrometer
